(NewsChannel 36) A 16-year-old has been arrested on animal cruelty charges after police say he gave a dog marijuana .

Gaston County police say they were searching Roger Hayes' home and found pictures on his cell phone of him feeding marijuana to a dog. Police say Hayes told them he was trying to get the dog high. Another photo shows the dog passed out, police said.

Storms dump lots of snow in Prescott Valley, Arizona

I was able to get some pictures of the third round of snow Saturday morning. We received a total of 14"  and it rained on Thursday which took alot of it away. Friday night it came back with another 6". You can see the damage to the fence in the back yard from the winds, and the top of my windmill is MIA. Everything has turned to ice below the snow. You can see my dog Pepper enjoying it though.
