On Oahu, Hawaii at Makapu'u Lighthouse, Kui the dog goes (trandem) Paragliding with his owners, Pete Michelmore and Bonita Hobson.
Typically Pete Michelmore, owner of Gravity Hawaii Paragliding, does Tandem Discovery Flights, but on January 15, 2011, he took his dog, Kui, and fiance, Bonita on an amazing "trandem" flight! She's not a small dog you can stick in a backpack and carry around - she's a 60lb "lap" dog!

Kui Goes Paragliding!
Peter Michelmore of Gravity Hawaii Paragliding school along with his Fiance Bonnie Hobson flew with our 8 year old female Black lab dog named Kui in our Tandem paraglider at Makapuu Beach, Hawaii. Kui has her new specially designed paragliding dog harness so that she can fly with us, instead of chasing paragliders on the beach. The family that flies together, stays together...
