Officials seize nearly 300 dogs from kennel in Caldwell County
Nearly 300 dogs will be moved to foster home and temporary shelters across North Carolina by Saturday.

Some of the dogs were already due to be sold before the raid and the county is trying to work with those who have already made some payment towards a dog.
